Located in the heart of downtown Manchester at 860 Elm Street, Tom Puskarich’s Z food & drink opened early in 2006 with a clear vision: to put the fun back in food.
A California native, Puskarich draws on over 20 years of experience to deliver seasonal menus that showcase clean, natural flavors and make use of local and organic ingredients in a way that NECN’s TV Diner described as “innovative without being overly engineered” when it awarded Z its highest honor, the Platinum Plate.
Within easy walking distance of the Palace Theatre and the Verizon Wireless Arena, Z food & drink offers an eclectic array of small plates, classic and signature dishes, a diverse wine list and hand-crafted cocktails.
Z food & drink is open for lunch, Monday through Friday, from 11:30am-2:30pm; for dinner, Monday through Thursday from 4:00pm-9:30pm and Friday and Saturday from 4:00pm-10:00pm. Z is closed on Sunday. Reservations recommended. Drop-off and on-site catering services available.
