Kevin Donahue is the head chef at XO on Elm which offers modern metropolitan Cuisine with a unique New England Flair.

Kevin was raised in Nashua NH and is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America. An accompllished and creative chef, he has been working in professional kitchens for 20 years. He has trained in Switzerland, South Carolina, New York as well as numerous kitchens throughout New England. Kevin has also worked in 600 room resorts, Hotels, country clubs, and various restaurants, and is trained in all types of cuisine and is skilled in ice carvings, creating ovef 200 sculptures. He was a chef instructor for cooking classes for Williams Sonoma and kitchen etc.
