Chef Norm was born and raised in Nashua, New Hampshire. He discovered a passion for cooking at a young age while helping his Grandmother Eleanor in the kitchen. His French background sparked his interest in contemporary European flair which he gives an American twist, refined and relaxed.

Norm received his Culinary Arts degree from Newbury College. He worked for Marriott Food Services as Head Chef and Manager for seven years. With his 16 years of culinary experience, Norm has developed a unique ability to bring urban polish to homemade classics. He keeps reinventing his love of the culinary arts by featuring seasonal cuisine made with fresh herbs and vegetables.

Norm has completed his first year as head chef at the Black Brimmer, in which he revitalized the menu and brought a clean, elegant approach. The menu features innovative chicken dishes, choice beef, fresh seafood, pasta creations, and vegetarian fare.

With a passion for food, Chef Norm is becoming a unique figure in New Hampshire’s dining scene.
