Red Brick Publishing, LLC is pleased to announce that we are currently producing a cooking show called, "The Chef's Plate". The weekly half-hour show will feature local chefs from all over New Hampshire who will be preparing a favorite recipe and will be broadcasted on WBIN-TV, as well as several NH Public Access stations. During each show we will also be highlighting New Hampshire-made products and services.

The main objective of "The Chef's Plate" is to allow viewers a chance to get to know New Hampshire local chefs and their specialties, plus introducing them to New Hampshire made products and services. We will also have different wineries and/or wine retailers and breweries recommend a wine and/or beer that would compliment the recipe that is being prepared on the show.
