Executive Chef Matt Provencher is a graduate of the New England Culinary Institute and has a extensive background. He has worked as a cook as the Bedford Village Inn in Bedford, interned at the Chanticleer Inn on Nantucket as well as working at the Wauliwinet Inn. His second internship wasat Radius in Boston. After working for 4 and a half years at Baldwins on Elm in Manchester, he spent a year working at the Mercury Grill in Dallas Texas. He returned to New Hampshire and worked as executive chef for Surf in Nashua for about two years. He was then approached by Richard of Richard's Bistro and asked to come and work as executive chef and eventually take over.
Richard's Bistro, Manchester's only five star restaurant is open 7 days a week and serves lunch, dinner, Sunday Brunch and features a private room for social and business functions that holds up to 35 people. The menu is American eclectic with some traditional foods, updated for today’s tastes, in addition to newly created dishes. Don’t forget to try our homemade desserts!
