Hilton Garden Inn – Manchester downtown

I grew up in Somerville, Massachusetts and started cooking as soon as I could reach the stove. When deciding what I wanted to do as a career it only seemed natural to pursue my passion, so I enrolled at Bunker Hill Community College were I earned my Associates Degree in Culinary Arts.

My first job was as a line cook at The Bay Tower Room in Boston. This experience allowed me to expand what I learned at school in on of New England’s finest restaurants. My next challenge was working in the corporate dining segment of the hospitality business. This helped me develop my financial and management skills while keeping my hands in the food! My passion has always been about the ingredients so my desire to get back to fine dining led me to a position at CR Sparks in Bedford, New Hampshire. Here I was able to utilize my creative side; quickly rising to the position of Sous Chef. Now I am currently the Head Chef at the Hilton Garden Inn in Manchester New Hampshire where I try to put my touches with local flavors on New England Cuisine to our Hotel guests from around the country.Live Jazz every Thursday - Saturday

We also feature a beautiful outdoor dining patio which is open seasonally.
